Mr. Howe, a longtime resident of Easton, passed away at the Ruth's Home - Nova House Adult Family Home in Cle Elum on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at the age of 83. Lee was born on February 15, 1936 in Grove, Oklahoma, the seventh of eight children born to Alfonso & Ollie Belle (Ballenger) Howe. The family moved to Harrisburg, Oregon when Lee was five years old and he grew up in the Harrisburg area. He was preceded in death by his parents, step-son Scott Graham and siblings Elsie, Orville, Roe, Thelma, Margaret Jane and Ella Jean.
