Gary L. Payne, 69, of Spokane, passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2019 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. No services are planned and Mr. Payne will be laid to rest at the IOOF Cemetery in Ellensburg. Steward & Williams Funeral Home and Crematory has been entrusted with funeral arrangements.
